Vaccines for Puppies & Dogs

Vaccinations are an excellent method to shield your dog from dangerous illnesses.

Vaccinations help protect your pet against harmful diseases that could be fatal. There are a range of illnesses that no longer pose a threat to pets since vaccinations have significantly decreased transmission. Based on your pet’s needs, we’ll develop a vaccination plan to support their needs and build immunity.

What vaccinations should my pet get?

Based on your pet’s age and risk of contracting certain diseases, we’ll create a vaccination plan. Your pet’s age will determine their vaccination schedule. For example, puppies need more vaccines than adult dogs since they are more prone to infections after the natural immunity from their mothers wear off. They need vaccinations in the early weeks of their life as well as boosters yearly or less frequently, depending on the vaccine. Vaccines are sorted into core and non-core. Core vaccines are necessary for maintaining your pet’s health whereas non-core vaccines are optional and based on your pet’s risk of exposure to certain diseases.
