The implications of the coronavirus (COVID-19) are concerning to all of us. We have a responsibility to protect the health and well-being of our customers as well as our fellow team members, while continuing to provide excellent medical care for our patients. With that in mind, we’ve taken precautions in the clinic setting to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We have increased both the frequency and scope of operational cleaning within the hospital. Hand washing and social distancing guidelines have been implemented and are being enforced. If staff members are unwell or have potential exposure, we ask that they remain home.

Due to ongoing challenges with the COVID-19 virus, Mono Veterinary Clinic has now implemented a “closed door policy”. We are not allowing ANY CLIENTS in the office, at this time. In an effort to minimize the risk to our staff. Payment for services rendered will be accepted over the phone, our number is 519-941-6383

We plan to remain open for business unless instructed otherwise by government officials. Review our revised Holiday Hours  for any closures or days when a doctor may not be present. Our hours of operation will be affected in the coming weeks, please check out Locations and Hours regarding those updates.

After-hours care will be handled by the team at The Emergency Veterinary Clinic, located at 1 Wexford Rd, unit #10 in Brampton. Their contact number is 905-495-9907.

If your pet is experiencing an emergency situation during our regular business hours and we are unable to assist, please call the team at North Town Veterinary Hospital. They are located at 496 Main St. North in Brampton, their phone is 905-451-2000. They are open 24 hours for your convenience.

Please expect that our stock levels will be impacted by this ongoing pandemic.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.
